Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate to ensure the smooth operation of the QA Department daily.
- Understand the business direction of the company and work closely with respective to make necessary adjustments on job scopes and responsibilities to synchronize with the strategic plans of Top management.
- Collect and analysis data/trend analysis report on non-conformity and improvement initiatives.
- Plan lab testing by the sensitivity level of FG to manage and control department expenses and to keep within budget.
- Participate and support quality system implementation (audit activities by government sectors, certification bodies, and customers)
- Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process / hygiene violation in timely manner
- Assist in preparation / implementation / maintenance of SFA / FSSC / ISO22000 / audits
- Assist in investigating and findings of any food safety related issue raised by internal or external customers
- Support functional departments in terms of processes of food quality and safety during daily operations.
- Work closely with all function
Requirements:
- Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in QA, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as SFA, FSSC, ISO22000, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical skills for trend analysis and non-conformity reports.
- Experience in managing a team and liaising with other departments for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
