Job Description:
- Assist to with daily ordering from the production site/ QA
- Liaise with supplier on orders, pricing, delivery
- Invoice posting, create PO/ PR, create DO, upload invoice
- Iiaise with customer service/ driver on the stock collection
- Take initiative to improve overall process.
- Forecast buying- raw material/ ingredient.
- Handle import
- Search for a substitute if the stock is temporarily out of stock
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Knowledge of supplier management, order processing, and forecasting.
- Experience with import procedures and handling raw materials/ingredients.
- Familiarity with creating PO/PR, DO, and invoice posting.
- Proactive in improving procurement processes and managing stock substitutes.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams.
