The Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term
- Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department of marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives.
- Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
- Customers’ relationship maintenance & Channel program management
- Understand product trends, historical data and department input at category level in order to manage in-season opportunities or risks.
- Establish long-term strategies and annual/seasonal financial plans and identifying growth opportunities.
- Take full responsibility for business plans and business results.
- Brand position maintenance
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant industry experience
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, independent and self-motivated.
- Energetic, dynamic, optimistic and customer service-oriented
- Strong analytical skill & ability to work under stress
- Technical background or must have technical curiosity and ability to learn to speak the language of technology
