Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to customers on service protocols, requirements, and product-related information.
- Redirect incoming customer calls/emails to the appropriate departments for a prompt response.
- Review and resolve customer issues to maintain accurate data and ensure timely processing.
- Notify customers of critical updates and service-specific requirements.
- Track and report recurring customer issues to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Evaluate customer requests for additional testing/sampling and inform superior of the results/reasons for any delays or limitations in fulfilling requests.
- Amend patient information in the site database as required.
- Coordinate and resolve issues with samples and requisition forms for timely accessioning and reporting.
- Attend cross-functional meetings to discuss service improvements, risk assessment, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop forms and resources that support seamless customer service interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Life Science / Business Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or similar functions
- Comfortable to work in a laboratory environment
- Proficiency in Japanese as this role requires you to liaise with Japanese customers
- Strong in communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
