Working Location: Ubi till End’24 & Start 2025 at Pandan Crescent
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Successful Candidate will report to the Senior Inside Sales.
Job description:
• Process customer orders/plan/schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation
• Attend to customer enquiries/feedback and liaise with Sales for follow up
• Provide effective communication and co-ordination between Sales and Customers
• Plan and prepare purchase requisition to Purchasing/Procurement.
• Ensure on time deliveries to customers
• Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers
• Liaise with Store for outgoing deliveries to customers
• Play an active role in customer retention program
• Prepare and issue work orders to Store for assembly and packaging work
• Prepare quotations to customers and follow-up on its result
Requirement:
• Min 1 - 3 years customer service experience in similar industry
• Effectively written and oral in English and Chinese to liaise with bilingual client
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma/Fresh
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and experience in ERP system
• Only Singaporean / PR need to apply
• Mature, Responsible, Independence and fast learner
• Pleasant disposition and team player
• Must possess good interpersonal skill and good communication skill
• Possess positive and good working attitude is a must
