Job Description:

  • Key invoice/ DO to the customer
  • Liase with customer on the order/ forecast of product/ quality issue
  • Cooperate with driver and warehouse on the customer order.
  • Check stock with warehouse on the balance stock.
  • Schedule for driver route
  • Schedule for truck servicing


Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with customers, warehouse staff, and drivers.
  • Experience with order processing, invoice/DO management, and route scheduling.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
  • Ability to manage truck servicing schedules and coordinate logistics.
