Job Description:
- Key invoice/ DO to the customer
- Liase with customer on the order/ forecast of product/ quality issue
- Cooperate with driver and warehouse on the customer order.
- Check stock with warehouse on the balance stock.
- Schedule for driver route
- Schedule for truck servicing
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with customers, warehouse staff, and drivers.
- Experience with order processing, invoice/DO management, and route scheduling.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Ability to manage truck servicing schedules and coordinate logistics.
