Position: Technologist, Asia Pacific (Beauty & Home)
- Type: 6 months contract to perm / permanent

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Core Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Collaborate with the manager to build Beauty care application capabilities and support new product positioning and applications.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and lead significant technology programs to support business goals and strategic plans.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams to implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies and engage with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts for innovative ideas.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct technical training for distributors, and provide scientific materials for internal/external customer engagement.
- Market Insight & Presentation: Collect market trends and competitor intelligence, prepare presentations, and document key project review meetings.
- Trade Shows & Prototypes: Support prototype development and create marketing materials for industry trade shows and scientific organizations.
- Lab Management: Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management as needed.
