Role Overview

The Corporate Admin and HR Executive position at ClearSK Healthcare Group offers a comprehensive role with a focus on HR and administrative functions. Located in Singapore with an international presence in Hangzhou, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur the role is pivotal in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth office operations.

There will be opportunities to travel for collaboration and learning trips to our affiliated offices and medical clinics in Singapore, Malaysia, as well as Shanghai and Hangzhou in China. These experiences will offer valuable insights, foster cross-border teamwork, and enhance professional development within our expanding network.

Key Responsibilities

The Role:

Responsibilities

The responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of HR and business administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records, handles full cycle of recruitment process and selection right up to offer of employment and supporting the HR Manager in various capacities like work pass administration for foreign employees and leave management. The role also involves preparing HR reports, handling claims and providing office support.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore or a Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.
  • Good command in English and Chin
  • Organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
  • Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).
  • Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is a requirement.
