We are looking for a HR Generalist keen to improve the company's HR policies, and have payroll experience to help support and grow their talented workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries, policies, and procedures, addressing employee concerns and escalating issues as needed.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Administer funding applications, maintain training materials, and prepare reports for management.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion, and exit procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human resources
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese clients.
