Senior Property Manager (Mall)
Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic individual to join their Property Management team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Operations team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain the asset value of assigned properties.
- Continuous operation of key services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire safety, and security systems.
- Ensure the implementation of programmes staff are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in the maintenance and operation of fire and life safety systems.
- All services and preventive maintenance programmes are conducted consistently and efficiently.
- Service requests and work orders are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Prepare an annual review of the Asset Plan for each property and implement the approved plan.
- Manage tenant leases, including the handover and repossession of units, coordinating tenant renovations, and overseeing tenant relations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
- Minimally 6 years of relevant experience in property, retail, and/or tenant management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions
- Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities
