Job Description
• Prepare Science apparatus for experiments and Mathematics
manipulatives for lessons.
• Keep Science apparatus and Mathematics manipulatives after
lessons.
• Assist the HOD/Science and HOD/Mathematics to develop a
stock list for stocktaking, do stock taking of both Science
apparatus and Mathematics Manipulatives and maintain the
stock list after yearly stock taking.
• Organise return and collection of Math and Science deskcopies
on an annual basis.
• Organise Math and Science resources neatly in Math cupboards
and in the Science laboratories.
• Perform simple repair of equipment and manipulatives when
needed.
• Work with teachers to create simple manipulatives and/or any
other materials for Math and Science Departments programmes.
• Support the Math and Science Departments for recess activities.
• Help with photo-taking for Math and Science programmes or
activities.
• Work with teachers to take simple Math and/or Science teaching
videos
