Responsibilities:
Service Engineer Responsibilities (First 3-5 Years):
- Offer technical expertise to the sales team on marine/land machinery and generators, covering aspects such as installation, commissioning, applications, and maintenance.
- Conduct inspections, servicing, repair, and overhauling of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer vessels for commissioning and maintenance, fostering strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
Office-Based Sales Responsibilities (Thereafter):
- Promote sales of marine engine equipment and parts.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Liaise with the Singapore (HQ) team to manage customer correspondence on sales and technical matters.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding offers and product details.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics teams and Supply Chain to facilitate timely order shipments.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Manager and undertake other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
*Motivated individuals without prior experience are welcome.

- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter

- Candidates with knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Individuals interested in machinery such as cars and ships.
- Those with knowledge and experience in marine engines and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to self-manage and collaborate within a team.
