Responsibilities
The scope of Assistant Manager’s services shall include, but not limited to, Pre-Contract and Post Contract works such as the following:
• Assisting with preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Conducting Tender Briefing and Tender Interview,
• Assisting with preparation of Bid Analysis Worksheet (BAW),
• Assisting with reviewing, drafting, negotiating and concluding of contract,
• Assisting with Variation Order assessment,
• Interfacing with various user departments and stakeholders as necessary to gather information required to carry out the Services,
• Any other works as may be reasonably assigned by Manager .
Skills/Requirement
• A recognised university degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in procurement.
