Job Scope:
• The general maintenance of selected garden plots in a Primary School, including soil cultivation, fertilising, digging, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning, grass cutting, bed preparation, application of chemicals, planting and harvesting; and
• The upkeep and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment in the gardening sheds.
Requirements:
• At least three years’ experience in gardening in a school environment
• Proficient in transplanting, growing and maintaining a large variety of plants, e.g. ferns, herbaceous plants and trees
• Good team player with initiative and responsibility in carrying out duties hand-in-hand with teachers.
Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
Location: Sembawang
Salary: TBA
Working Arrangement:
• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (3 days per week): 7.30 am to 11.30 am
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
