Responsibilities
- Order processing and documentations: Provide administrative support to the Sales Division, including processing sales orders, generating reports, and preparing quotations.
- Compile, organize, and manage tender documents for timely submission.
- Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Sales report analysis: Generate, analyze, and present sales reports and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic initiatives and business insights.
- Communicating with external stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, focusing on high levels of service and satisfaction.
- General administrative duties: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks like calendar management, meeting coordination, and serve as a liaison between departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant sales support and analysis experience preferably from the science/medical industry.
- Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in science-related field
- Proficiency in MS Office suites including Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Team player with great communication skills.
