Work location: Ang Mo Kio
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Contract Period: 2 Jan 2025 to 28 Nov 2025
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Assist Discipline team in the following areas:
a) Managing and tracking of late-comers with HOD Student Management and the Discipline Team.
b) Patrolling within and outside school compound during and after school hours.
c) Assisting HOD Student Management in tracking and monitoring pupils on detention and suspension.
d) Assist the Discipline Team to investigate discipline cases.
(2) Provide administrative and logistic support for school events.
Job Requirement
a) Minimum secondary school education
b) At least 1 year of working experience in school administration and/or working with students / teenagers preferably in the area of discipline management
c) Good team player
d) Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers
e) Computer literacy (such as knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel and/or relevant school IT systems etc)
