Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Assist Account Managers in developing tailored sales strategies.
- Attend external meetings with Account or Technical Managers to take minutes and gather customer feedback.
Post-Sales Support
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report relevant information.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends.
- Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review and follow up on pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in maritime studies, engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Good knowledge of MS office, CRM systems etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management
