Seek business opportunity to open up new market to boost organization income. Have a good grasp of the industry trend. Establish adequate control structure across the region including financial analysis.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Seek business opportunity help develop and expand market scope in order to achieve corporate objectives.
2. Developing new business for the company, which in turn would ensure the company’s growth and progress.
3. Establish marketing and brand strategy to position CJ’s products or service in the Asian markets.
4. Provide market feedback to the company leadership in regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs.
5. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities.
6. Conduct check and balance of region subsidiaries.
7. Manage preparation of company’s budget, and report on variances from established budget.
8. Assist in the formulation of overall strategic direction and review performance of subsidiaries.
9. Monitoring and reporting existing business performance by Monthly
10. Reporting Weekly/Monthly industry report to Korea HQ
Skills & knowledge requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Finance.
2. An understanding of financial management necessary. CPA qualification preferred.
3. Minimum 8 years of relevant skills/knowledge working experience.
4. Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong sense of business integrity and ethical conduct.
8. Able to work independently, highly motivated and result oriented
