Job Description:
a) Providing office support service
- First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
- Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
b) Visitor management
- Attending to walk-in customers
Work Schedule:
- Monthly Salary: $2600/Month
- Contract Period: From 27 Dec 2024 to 26 Dec 2025
- Nearest MRT: Marine Terrace
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
· Fridays: 6.30am to 3.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Requirement:
a) Good interpersonal and communication skills
b) Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
c) Good team player with a high level of initiative
d) Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration will be preferred.
