Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer service in charge
- Maintenance of vendor approval list
- Generate Sales Order, Purchase Order & Purchase Request Form
- Notification to company insurance agent for coverage of any awarded jobs
- Update Procurement and Sales Support status report
- Filing and documentation according to ISO Standards
- Record Minutes of Meeting
- Covering duties for Sales Support team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferable candidates possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge SAP is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Singaporean only may apply
