Job Description
- Lead and manage new building construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for existing facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and safely
- Provide technical advice to user departments, manage service partners and contractors
- Coordinate fire safety and Green Mark initiatives, investigate safety incidents, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
- Perform design calculations, prepare engineering plans, and develop maintenance programs to improve facility performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project progress, and prepare reports for management review
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
