Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract - Renewable Based on Performance and Business Needs
Location: Changi (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement and support campaigns like Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and CR events.
- Plan and execute exclusive Rewards events to increase footfall and sales.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance the Rewards Catalogue and support eVoucher sales and monetization.
- Manage EDM content and performance marketing with BUs and external agencies.
- Coordinate data-driven marketing initiatives to boost member footfall and spend.
- Handle digital engagement, campaign setup, and CRM system updates (experience with Session M, Braze, or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus).
- Support campaign management, CRM loyalty programs, tenant marketing, and customer service.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Customer visits, engagement rate, member spend, active member penetration, redemption rate, revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1-3 years of experience in loyalty/digital marketing. Applicants with relevant qualifications but limited experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
- Analytical, innovative, independent, and adaptable team player.
