Responsibilities:
- Point of contact to suppliers, customers and forwarders for shipment delivery to various regions
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers to meet customers demand and avoid production line stop
- Provide customers with best delivery solutions in an efficient and cost effective way
- Close monitor with forwarders for sailing schedule to ensure smooth and on-time cargo delivery
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations
- Effectively address and resolve shipment and logistics issues
- Process Purchases Orders accurately and order tracking in accordance with customer fulfilment
- Update system database for all order transactions
- Handle proper maintenance of documentations
- Collaborate with Operations Support team to ensure proper shipping documents
- Compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics
- We are looking for a candidate who possess the following skills:
o Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc.)
o Microsoft Office Proficiency
