- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in workpass application
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payment (if required)
- Support in handling the administration work for grant applications
- Support in small HR projects
- Handle employee grievance issues and administrate the entire grievance process
Requirement:
- Must have a Diploma in HRM or other faculty but with good relevant HR experience
- Must have basic work ethics
- Good in communication skill
- Must know MS office
- Must know employment law , TAFEP and CPF regulation
- Must be able to attend meeting (on zoom or physical) at least once a month.
- Able to work remotely with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week (up to a maximum of 10 hours per week)
Salary from $12 to $15 per hour
