- Assist the Operations Manager/Executive & Building Supervisor on a day to day operations
- Attend to the breakdown of the air-conditioning system, plumbing and electrical issue
- Attend to complaints, calls and queries from tenants on operation related matters
- Troubleshoot some minor technical / facility problems
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance work schedule
- Conduct daily inspections (checklist)
- Recommend and suggest preventive maintenance or repair to the Operations Manager/Executive & Building Supervisor to minimize emergency breakdown of service
- Carry out joint inspections with the term service provider during the regular servicing
- Supervise to ensure that repair and replacement work are carried out properly by a term service provider or contractor in a timely manner
- To supervise & monitor term service providers & contractors to make sure they comply with workplace safety & health legislation, guideline & code of practice
- To sign off service provider service report
- To assist in Marcom events when necessary such as sound system & lightings
- To call & coordinate M&E breakdown with the service provider
- To inspect daily for units under fitting out during fit-out period and units under reinstatement
- Check the vacant unit/units which are taking-over or handing-over, to draw up technical / building specifications eg. to confirm the electrical / exhaust capacity, water & drainage provisions etc.
