Position: Food Stall Assistant
We are in search of a flexible and reliable Food Stall Assistant to manage a variety of tasks at our food stalls in Dairy Farm Mall. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, from food preparation and assist in cooking to serving customers. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle all aspects of food stall operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders accurately and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Preparing and serving food to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace and follow the SOP and hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system is a must.
- Assist in any other duties as required, including helping colleagues during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Basic cooking skills with experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles effectively.
- Need to commit 6 days’ work week (Rest Day on 1 weekday – Monday - Thursday)
- Working hours: 9.30am to 9.30pm
- The ideal candidate should possess strong excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
