Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key infrastructure providers, investorsand projects in the Web3 space.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Web3 ecosystem to driveadoption of the blockchain protocol.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of newpartners into the blockchain protocol.
- Collaborate with business development teams for active growth and development of theblockchain protocol.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements from inception toexecution.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful partnershiplaunches and ongoing collaborations.
Skills and Qualities:
- Proven track record in business development or partnerships, particularly within theWeb3 and blockchain industry, with 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralizedecosystems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in working with technical teams and understanding complex infrastructure-related products and services.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities.
