Responsibilities:
- Assist in the central kitchen with food preparation and cooking
- Sort, store and distribute ingredients
- Wash, peel, chop and cut ingredients
- Preparation of food by cooking, frying, steaming, boiling etc
- Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment
- Clean food preparation equipment/tool, production floor and storage areas
- Dispose of rubbish
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- No experienced required
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- 6 days’ work week (Monday to Saturday, 0730hrs to 1730hrs)
