Job Description
- Manage and maintain all ICT & AV equipment (including inventories, loan, procurement and condemnation)
- Manage and maintain computer labs and control rooms
- Assist in the deployment and use of students’ Personal Learning Devices (PLDs), including repairs and DMA management
- Provide support to ICT department to create content for ICT lessons
- Coordinate/support school events involving use of ICT, AV & media (setting up of essential equipment for all school functions/ activities)
- Record video and sound
- Assist in the procurement of ICT & AV equipment, accessories and consumables
- Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services
- Other ad-hoc duties required by the school
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Secondary schools assisting in the management of Windows devices under the Personalize Digital Learning Programme (PDLP)
- Good ICT technical skills and programming skills
- Good knowledge in use of both Macintosh and Windows machines
- Good knowledge in managing AV equipment, in particular sound systems
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break
- Service may be required on Saturdays and/or weekday evenings to support school events. Should there be a need for the service, personnel will be given time off on another day.
