About the role
NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the audio-visual elements of our events, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality experience for our clients and attendees.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the procurement, set-up, and operation of all AV equipment and technologies
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of AV components
- MS Teams (Teams Live Event, Teams Townhall, Team Webinar, Viva Engage)
- NDI (Network Device Interface), RTMP, virtual cameras
- Hardware: capture cards, mics, audio mixers, video mixers: Magewell, Blackmagic ATEM, Roland, etc.
- Software: Wirecast, vMix, OBS,
- PTZ and VCs: Panasonic, Aver, Cisco, Crestron, etc.
- PTZ controllers (if we aim for resource that will be traveling for events support and we get right studio kit)
- Adobe Premiere (added value)
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on AV coordination and execution
- Demonstrated expertise in the setup and operation of a wide range of AV equipment, including audio systems, visual displays, and lighting
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address any technical challenges that may arise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and the internal event team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
