Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial counselling for patients and third party.
- Administer admission and discharge of patients.
- Bill handling tasks, including Mediclaim and deposit collection.
- Handle customers’ enquiries regarding bills.
- Coordinate administrative duties with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Preferably with healthcare experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Meticulous in details and number.
- Training will be provided.
