Job Description
- Assist Discipline team in the following areas:
- Managing and tracking of late-comers with HOD Student Management and the Discipline Team.
- Patrolling within and outside school compound during and after school hours.
- Assisting HOD Student Management in tracking and monitoring pupils on detention and suspension.
- Assist the Discipline Team to investigate discipline cases.
- Provide administrative and logistic support for school events.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education
- At least 1 year of working experience in school administration and/or working with students / teenagers preferably in the area of discipline management
- Good team player
- Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers
- Computer literacy (such as knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel and/or relevant school IT systems etc)
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Service not required during year-end school holidays in November and December 2025.
