- He/she shall be a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) [PE(Civil)] with PEB Singapore
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience, of which at least three (3) years of experience in supervising the construction of long span post-tensioned bridges
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil &Structural Engineering
