Senior Executive, Property (Mall)
Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic individual to join their Property Management team.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of the property, including common areas, equipment, and etc.
- Review and provide recommendations on tenant fit-out works.
- Manage incident and complaint reports involving tenants or the public.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and standards set by relevant authorities.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for the building and mechanical and electrical systems.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, spatial planning, and technical coordination for new projects or existing mall upgrades.
- Evaluate contract specifications for services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, and suggest improvements for enhancing standards.
- Prepare cost estimates for repair work, handle quotations, recommend contract awards, and supervise the completion of the works.
- Develop the annual maintenance and expenditure budget.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management/ Facilities
- Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in property, retail, and/or tenant management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions
- Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities
