E-Commerce Marketing Assistant Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Formulate marketing strategies for effective engagement with key stakeholders.
  2. Manage and execute full spectrum of marketing communications to meet business goals.
  3. Sound industry knowledge and experience with emerging social media platforms like TikTok and Little Red Book.
  4. Develop and implement brand launch strategies on online platforms
  5. Drive digital marketing campaigns including collaboration with strategic partners to increase brand awareness.
  6. Evaluate the ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  7. Strong involvement in executing SEO/SEM efforts to increase platform traffic.
  8. Manage platform content architecture for excellent touchpoints.
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
  3. Excellent understanding and insights into current digital marketing trends.
  4. Well-versed with digital marketing concepts; tools and strategies.
  5. Working knowledge of SEO/SEM; Marketplace Platforms and Google Adwords.
  6. Strong English proficiency with experience in creative copywriting.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Highly meticulous and strong attention to detail.
  9. Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at a quick turnaround time.
  10. Excellent team player.
