General responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
- Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
- Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long term basis
- Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
- Order processing via inbound Calls
- Consignment ordering and administrative follow up
Functional skills and knowledge
- Possess similar job experience in customer service / indoor sales / sales coordinator
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Meticulous
- Basic computer skills and familiar with CRM system
Education
- Diploma and above
Work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar or related role
