Responsibilities
- Assist with platform management tasks, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Work on module customization and implementation.
- Create and test new functionalities to meet business needs.
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed.
- Update process and technical documentation.
- Keep up with ServiceNow updates and features.
- Support IT process automation through scripting and workflows.
Requirements
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
- ITIL certification and ServiceNow administration experience is preferred.
