Duration: 2 years contract
Location: Bukit Panjang, Lot One
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner.
- Assist with sourcing and purchasing duties.
- Prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes.
- Assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous, & independent
