Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to client inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and in-store.
- Prepare proposals for clients based on their space designs and needs.
- Manage procurement orders for clients and ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Conduct product training and development for the sales team.
- Create and present sales reports and metrics to upper management.
- Upsell products while maintaining a professional and client-centered approach.
Sales Metrics:
- Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Basic salary + commission-based pay structure, tied to sales performance.
Training/Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in retail or interior design sectors.

Schedule:
- 5-day work week, including Saturdays.
- Sunday & Public Holidays off, with alternate Saturdays off.
- Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm.
- Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm.
Tech Skills:
- Proficient with EPOS systems, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Experience with Canva for creating simple client proposals and presentations is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a related industry (interior design or homeware) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of design trends and product knowledge within the luxury hardware market is advantageous.
