Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Field Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting our channel partners in their marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Point of contact with channel partners. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of field marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and communications, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Event Management: Organise and manage promotional events, roadshows, and dealership activities to engage customers and promote our product offerings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of dealer marketing initiatives, providing channel partners insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines in all channel partner marketing activities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and support marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage channel partners social media channels and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the automotive sector and an understanding of market dynamics in Singapore.
  • Possess a valid class 3/3A driving license.
