Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency such as registration of patients, scheduling appointments and payment collection
2. Processing, submission and collection of various medical insurances and Medisave
3. Manage inventory ensuring prompt requisitions of stationery and non-clinical supplies
4. Regularly train and guide the clinic assistants on daily operations safety procedures and customer service standards to ensure that they can perform efficiently.
5. Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
6. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
1. Minimum ’A’ level or Diploma certification or at least 5 years experience in healthcare setting
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Computer literacy
4. Working days/hour = 5.5 days
5. Knowledge of Medisave and medical insurance processing and claims
