Job Description
- Preparation of materials and apparatus for Science lessons
- Management, operation and maintenance of the science laboratories and outdoor facilities
- Carry out stocktaking of Science resources
- Curating of students’ artefacts for teachers’ reflections
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by school
Requirements
- Shall have minimum GCE O levels or equivalent qualification with subject related to Science
- Should preferably have 2 years of relevant experience in administration and operations, preferably in supporting Science activities in a school environment
- Should be an excellent team-player who is organized and with the ability to multi-task
- Should be proficient in software skills (eg Microsoft office, video taking)
- Should have good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Shall be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
Working hours
For Jan to Nov
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
For Dec
- Once a week (maximum 4 times a month)
- Duration: 3 hours (each day)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Hours are estimated and officer will be paid for the actual hours worked.
- Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holiday
