Job Description:
- Assist in checking and preparing vessel payments on excel file.
- Prepare payment instructions on banking platform.
- Prepare cash out for vessel payments in TRANS.
- Work closely and liaise with vessel finance on payment matters.
- Assist to check and key payments entries into accounting system (TRANS).
- Assist to check and perform paid and close into UMMS Portal.
- Assist to download, check supporting against claims and prepare payment.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting-related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime regularly.

- Working Location:10 mins walking distance (650m) from HarbourFront MRT
- Hybrid Working arrangement
- Working Hour: Mon-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
