Requirement:

1) Leading the Administrative Team

2) Manage Office Administrative Operations

3) Manage Office Document, Data & Equipment

4) Secretarial & Administrative Support to Office Bearers

5) Coordinate meetings, AGM, EOGM and Events

6) Submit regular management reports to Executive Committee

7) Participate in the various Working Committees

8) To liase with Government Agencies & Other Authorities

9) In-charge of the CaseTrust-SVTA Acceditation Scheme for members

10) Handling of enquiries and complaints from the public pertaining to automotives disputes

11) Providing information to complainants and relevant institutions, on resolution processes, including mediation & Adjudication, where Applicable

12) To assist Members in CaseTrust Application

13) Take up any other additional duties and responsibilities assign by the Association

Executive Committee or Management


* Qualification - Degree Holder or equivalent

* Be able to converse and write in Mandarin

* Working hours: 5 days week / 9am to 6pm

* Benefit: 14 days Annual Leave + Dental / Optical Allowance
