The Sales manager / Business developement will play a vital role in driving the centre’s success by meeting sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with our centre’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Goals: Lead your team to reach the centre's sales targets through effective planning, motivation, and strategic goal-setting.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure all procedures align with existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update them as required.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
- Maintain Operational Efficiency: Manage the centre’s resources, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment that meets safety protocols and regulations.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Cultivate a supportive, motivated work environment, providing coaching and guidance to team members. Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and recognize achievements to build a cohesive and productive team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the education / enrichment industry, with management experience preferred.
- Skills: Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
