Service Coordinator

Global Hydraulics Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client enquiries (local and overseas) and processing sales orders.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with clients and other departments, such as service operations and logistics to facilitate the product/service delivery.
  • Assist with preparation of Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoices (only when required)
  • Maintain prompt and accurate records


Pre-Requisities:

  • Prior experience in a sales support, client servicing or administrative role
  • Able to prioritise tasks, follow up on pending matters etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with clients including Greater China
  • Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel in particular
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
