Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client enquiries (local and overseas) and processing sales orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with clients and other departments, such as service operations and logistics to facilitate the product/service delivery.
- Assist with preparation of Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoices (only when required)
- Maintain prompt and accurate records
Pre-Requisities:
- Prior experience in a sales support, client servicing or administrative role
- Able to prioritise tasks, follow up on pending matters etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise effectively with clients including Greater China
- Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel in particular
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
