Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for front desk duties such as: registration, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
2. Perform insurance/Medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal
3. Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (eg NETS/credit card, stationery etc)
4. Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard
Requirements:
1. Minimum N/’O’ level, NITEC in nursing or WSQ higher certification in healthcare operations
2. Experience in healthcare setting.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good customer-service mindset
5. Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
6. At least 3 years of experience for senior role
