The company is an established Global Singapore Business with a multi-faceted business strong in Engineering, Technology and Industrial Sector.
This position will be joining a team in Administration primarily supporting Senior Management Leaders with their day-to-day functional and operational processes.
Position Responsibilities:
- This position will perform high level clerical and administrative support to Management.
- Will handle and maintain office upkeep such as (but not limited to) stationery supplies, office equipment maintenance, office cleanliness.
- Responsible for Senior Management calendar of activities, appointment and scheduling.
- The position will also prepare required reports to be used for presentation and evaluation of company / business performance / sales & profit etc.
Position Requirements:
- At least a Diploma holder in Management, Administrative or related field.
- At least 5 to 8-years of working experience in Administration, Secretarial and/or Office Management.
- Must have strong knowledge in MS Office applications (eg: Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and demonstrate a high proficiency in using electronic devices.
- Able to create Powerpoint presentations, Excel charting, macros, formulas.
- Strong ability in communication, crowd and events engagement.
