Main Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly sales targets.
- Maintain the showroom and manage inventory.
- Assist clients with inquiries on social media and WhatsApp.
- Create proposals for clients based on their space designs.
- Prepare procurement orders for clients.
- Manage client orders and ensure proper checking and delivery.
Training/Experience:
- No working experience required, training will be provided for new comers.
Key Qualities:
- Professional, friendly, and warm demeanour.
- Ability to upsell products without being overbearing.
Schedule/Shift Flexibility:
- Minimum 20 hours per week.
- Monday – Friday: 10:30am – 7pm
- Saturday: 10:30am – 5pm
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Off
Tech Skills:
- Proficient in EPOS system, WhatsApp, and Canva.
Additional Requirements:
- A background in interior design or experience in homeware is an advantage.
