ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- OFFICE WORKING HOUR: 8.30AM – 5:30PM
- CHECKING DEMO & OFFICE EQUIPMENTS
- UPDATING COMPANY WEBSITE
- SCAN & UPDATE OF SERVICE REPORT TO NAS
- SCAN & UPDATE OF INCOMING DO/AWB/INVOICE FROM SUPPLIERS TO NAS
- UPDATE RECORDS OF VERIFICATION
- UPDATE THE INVENTORY IN FINANCIO
- DELIVER GOODS TO CUSTOMERS WHEN REQUIRED
- ONSITE DVD/USB COUNTER RECORD UPDATE & SIGN THE LOG CHECK WITH CUSTOMER ON MONTHLY BASIS
- ONSITE SUPPORT, PREVENTIVE MAINTAINANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING OF AUTOMATIC DICOM DVD/USB BURNER & PACS SYSTEM
- CONTACT CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE PENDING CASE ID ON DAILY BASIS
- PREPARE & REPORT OF TECHNICAL GUIDELINES
- PROVIDE TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR PRE-BID AND TENDER SPECIFICATIONS
- COMPLETES TIMESHEETS WITHIN THE ALLOCATED TIME FRAME
- ROSTER STANDBY SUPPORT OF AFTER OFFICE WORK WHEN REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)
REQUIREMENTS
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE & COMPUTER
- BASIC TECHNICAL SKILL OF SELF LEARNING & RESEARCHING
- BASIC SOFT SKILL OF COMMUNICATION WITH PEERS & CUSTOMERS
- PUNCTUAL & COMMITMENT WITH ASSIGNED TASKS
- ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE & SHORT NOTICE REQUIREMENT
